For my second portfolio piece I have created a set of props for Basil the witch and her Teahouse. Many of the props are based on objects from my home and daily life! For example the green teapot I use to brew my morning coffee and a selection of books inspired by my grandparents collection.
A home doesn’t feel alive without the mess.

Almost all hand drawn elements in this project has been been painted with a mouse. This was a decision I made quite early to get a playful look over all. Shaky lines for shaky hands…
Limiting resources and tools helps me be more creative, finding solutions that would remain hidden otherwise. Not the most effective way to work, although I adore the results.
